DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
All orders made before 11 am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched on the same day. Please scroll down to an important note on the delivery times.
Deliveries to UK business and residential addresses are usually made between 7am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (depending on the service used). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available for a surcharge and are delivered between 7am and 12.30pm.
For delivery purposes, the UK is divided into 3 zones; Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3. There is a surcharge for Zones 2 and 3.
Most of our products are bulky and are therefore shipped by courier, either Express (1 to 2 working days) or Standard (2 to 3 working days). We offer a range of shipping services, which are detailed in the table below.
Our most commonly used shipping method is Standard for bulky items and Tracked and Signed for smaller items. The standard delivery charge for most orders is £16.20 (£13.50 + VAT).
Please be aware that the shipping charge is per order, not per box.
You can order as many items as you wish, for a single shipping charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders will only be sent out Monday to Friday, when couriers operate. As the majority of our customers are in the UK, delivery and tax are set for UK-based customers.
Please bear in mind that parcel service providers do their best to deliver goods on time, but this is not a guaranteed service.
We have seen, from experience, that around 92% of all express orders are delivered next day, whereas 95% of all standard orders are delivered within 48 hours.
There are storms, other adverse weather conditions, accidents, public holiday delays and human errors. Once the shipment has been collected by the couriers, we lose control over it and are unable to control delivery. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to allow for unforeseen circumstances.
RETURNS, RESTOCKING AND REFUNDS
By ordering from us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Any products marked on your invoice as "special order items" or "special order" are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies, inter alia, to any products requiring customization, products built to order by QMS AZ, custom-built colonic devices and any other non-stock items.
Any stock products need to be returned within 14 days of receipt, or 16 days of from the date of ordering, whichever later. On return, they must be "new" (still in the original packaging) or "like new" (unpacked but unchanged, unused and carefully repacked), in a fully re-saleable condition, to qualify for the refund.
Please do your research before ordering and do not hesitate to check with us whether your chosen products would work in your practice or with your device. We are a business to business company, and we do our best to keep price increases to a minimum. In order to continue doing this, we have to make a 20% re-stocking charge if you have ordered a wrong product, your requirements changed after ordering, or you simply changed your mind. This charge covers our administrative time and costs.
If for any reason you need to return your products after the periods specified above, we reserve the right to increase the restocking charge and issue credit notes rather than refunds.
NON-DELIVERIES OR SHORT DELIVERIES: PLEASE CLAIM NON-DELIVERIES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF POSTAGE (UK) OR 35 DAYS OF POSTAGE (INTERNATIONAL). PLEASE CLAIM ANY SHORTAGES WITHIN 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
