At checkout, you will have a selection of delivery options. Most of our producs are bulky and are shipped using couriers.

Please be aware that the shipping charge is per order, not per box.
You can order as many items as you wish, for a single shipping charge.
All orders received before 11 am are usually dispatched on the same day in accordance with the chosen delivery method. Shippers only collect Monday to Friday. So if you order 48 hours on Thursday afternoon or on Friday, you won't receive your shipment till Tuesday or sometimes Wednesday - please see below.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders will only be sent out Monday to Friday, when couriers operate. As the majority of our customers are in the UK, delivery and tax are set for UK-based customers.
Please bear in mind that parcel service providers do their best to deliver goods on time, but this is not a guaranteed service.
We have seen, from experience, that around 92% of all 24 hour orders are delivered next day, whereas 95% of all 48-hour orders are delivered within 48 hours.
There are storms, other adverse weather conditions, accidents, public holiday delays and human errors. Once the shipment has been collected by ParcelForce, we lose control over it and are unable to control delivery. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to allow for unforeseen circumstances.
RETURNS, RESTOCKING AND REFUNDS
By ordering from us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Any products marked on your invoice as "special order items" or "special order" are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies, inter alia, to any products requiring customisation, products built to order by QMS AZ, custom-built colonic devices and any other non-stock items.
Any stock products need to be returned within 14 days of receipt, or 16 days of from the date of ordering, whichever later. On return, they must be "new" (still in the original packaging) or "like new" (unpacked but unchanged, unused and carefully repacked), in a fully re-saleable condition, to qualify for the refund.
Please do your research before ordering. Do not hesitate to check with us whether your chosen products would work in your practice or with your device. We are a business to business company, and we do our best to keep price increases to a minimum. In order to continue doing this, we have to make a 20% re-stocking charge if you have ordered a wrong product, your requirements changed after ordering, or you simply changed your mind. This charge covers our administrative time and costs.
If for any reason you need to return your products after the periods specified above, we reserve the right to increase the restocking charge and issue credit notes rather than refunds.
